During discovery in the current lawsuit Raanan Katz, Daniel
Katz and CO questioned if their demands for double rent from multiple tenants
for the same space and time was legal?
Is it legal to submit to the court fake affidavit of
damages, claiming rent from former tenant, while receiving rent payment from
new tenant for the same space and time?
Probably, Raanan Katz should address his double rent demand
issue to the State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle serving Miami-Dade County or Florida Office of the
Attorney General Pam Bondi. The Attorney General's Office conducts
various programs to assist victims of crime, fraud and schemes.
Or Raanan Katz can simply ask the court on May 8, 2012
hearing hold in Miami-Dade Circuit Court. That is not too long to wait for the judge answer and order.
